Part 1: Definitions TOS: Abbreviation of Terms of Serice SM64Hacks: sm64hacks.com as an organization, a website, and its content. User: Anyone using or browsing SM64Hacks, that has navigated past the main website of sm64hacks.com or the main website of its subdomains. 3rd party content: Content not made or owned by SM64Hacks which is linked, embedded or otherwise included in SM64Hacks. Superiors: Webmasters, administrators and moderators of SM64Hacks. Part 2: Data SM64hacks reserves the right to create, modify and delete any information stored in our database. SM64hacks reserves the right to make, store, delete and modify cookies for the use of our website. We take no responsibility for 3rd party cookies on our websites. Part 3: Rules Users are to obey and respect the rules, guidlines and decisions made by superiors. If any dispute should come between the superiors, the user will obey the highest ranked superior from the following list, the lower number, the higher rank: 1. Webmaster (username Vidoy) 2. Administrators 3. Moderators Part 3 does not apply to any actions which does not concern SM64Hacks in any manner. Not following Part 3 may result in restrictions or block, temporary or permanent, from SM64hacks and its content. Part 4: Website Content SM64hacks, or anyone linking to SM64Hacks are not in any way responsible for any 3rd party content by definition in Part 1. SM64Hacks contains a list of certain games, and reserves the right to list any game considered right for our list. Any creator, author, sub-creator or anyone otherwise involved will accept their game being on the list along with its ranking and its factual and serious reviews. Authors proven to be the author may change or correct the information of their games as long as the information are factual and serious. Any dowloadable content intended games are to be considered as legal and accepted non-profit fan games of their respectable franchise. Any content on SM64Hacks made, owned or copyrighted by others is used only for non-profit use in a journalistic matter, and SM64Hacks will reserve the right to the use the content in such a matter. Part 5: Information about SM64Hacks Any user may spread information about SM64hacks to anyone as long as the information is true and factual. However, users may not associate SM64Hacks with any group, cult or organization not generally accepted by the public. Superiors wil have the first right of determining wether the information meets these requirements or not. Any violation of Part 5 will entitle SM64Hacks for a public apology and correction of false information by the violator, to the same person, group or through the same distribution media as the false information was spread, within reasonable time, usually one week. Part 6: Spamming, illegal data changes and attacks You may not add, remove or change any data you are clearly not intended to be able to edit. If you successfully log in to another users registered account, you are required to log out and report this to a superior at once. Part 7: Acceptance and Vidolation of the terms Anyone defined as a user will, with few exceptions, automatically have accepted the Terms of Service. Anyone guarded or hired by the user or the user's company or organization, or anyone else the user may accept these Terms of Sevice on behalf of, will also have accepted these until they no longer qualify as such. The user has the responsibility of notifying anyone who may qualify. Any violation of the TOS may result in warnings, restrictions or blocks from SM64hacks, partially or fully.
